Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed and printed on demand. This helps us reduce waste and additional production costs associated with producing apparel items in high volumes. As a result, the expected delivery date is 5-10 days from when your order is placed.

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing Issues:
Due to the nature of our products being printed on demand, we do not offer refunds for items that do not fit or for buyer’s remorse. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.
Refunds for Damaged, Missing, Incorrect, or Mislabelled Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, missing, or defective, we will issue a full refund. To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sweswag@swe.org
- Include your name, date of purchase, and order number in the email.
- Ensure that your request is made within 30 days after the item has been received
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
